2. Eligibility

• Leverage amplifies both gains and losses
• Market volatility can result in rapid and substantial losses
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions
• We do not provide investment advice or recommendations

You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. We strongly recommend consulting with financial advisors before making investment decisions.

5. Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in our fee schedule:

• Trading fees based on transaction volume and account tier
• Withdrawal fees (if applicable)
• Network fees for cryptocurrency transactions
• Overnight financing charges for leveraged positions
• Inactivity fees (if account is dormant for 12+ months)

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice. Current fees are always available on our website and in your account dashboard.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Manipulate markets or engage in market abuse
• Use automated trading systems without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or fees
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our Platform
• Use the Platform to launder money or finance terrorism
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to:

• Identity verification and AML/KYC requirements
• Minimum and maximum limits based on payment method
• Processing times varying by method (crypto, bank transfer, card)
• Potential security holds for first-time withdrawals
• Transaction fees as outlined in our fee schedule

We reserve the right to reject or delay any transaction that we deem suspicious or in violation of our policies or applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for losses due to market volatility, technical failures, or force majeure events

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LearnTrading Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Any trading losses or disputes

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Regulatory requirements
• Extended inactivity

Upon termination, you may withdraw your funds subject to applicable fees and our withdrawal policies.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
